"The technicians were prompt and courteous and completed their work in a timely manner. The garage door is now working much better. My concern, however, has to do with what was advertised. The ad I saw, and which prompted me to call, listed a "tune up" for $99 to include a wireless keypad. Neither the lady I called to make the appointment nor the technicians were aware of this "tune-up." I was also unaware that the tune-up was really more of an inspection."
