There are companies out there that won't even put their warranties on their own literature. In our experience, this means they don't want you to know the warranty. A trustworthy estimate should also break down labor costs separately from parts, confirm the technician is licensed and insured, and give you a clear timeline for the work. If a company won't put pricing or warranty terms in writing before starting the job, that's a red flag worth walking away from.
