What are the advantages of using a local garage door company instead of a national chain?

There a very few “national chains” in our industry. Our company is a national franchise, but individually and locally owned. There are a couple of really good national chains, but our customers have noticed their service sometimes suffers because of how big they get. Precision is big as whole, but our local company is still a family-owned business. There are also several of these “national chains” that are owned by publicly traded companies. In this case, customers have explained to us that it’s very difficult to deal with leadership, when no one really knows where the leadership begins and ends.
